OFA is looking for a self-motivated individual interested in grassroots policy development and organic farming policy and issues. The internship will be a hybrid format, primarily remote but with occasional in-person meetings, as our Policy Director works in Washington, D.C. out of a home office.
Winter 2026 Communications Intern

The OFA is seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Intern to join our team remotely for an average of 10-15 hours per week for 10 weeks during January-March 2026. This opportunity is designed to support students interested in exploring career pathways in the organic industry through paid internships. OFA is seeking undergraduate or graduate students with majors in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or related fields. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit or agriculture communications and contributing to meaningful projects.
