Organic Career Network (OCN)

Who We Are

The Organic Career Network (OCN) is a national initiative working to grow the next generation of leaders in organic agriculture. We connect students and emerging professionals—especially those from historically marginalized communities—with meaningful career opportunities across the organic sector.

OCN is a project of the Organic Farmers Association (OFA), a national membership-based organization that advocates for domestic certified organic farmers. Through OFA’s leadership and support, OCN advances workforce development and equity in organic agriculture.
